Horrible Experience

My experience with this company was very poor. I had 2 cars shipped from Hawaii to Colorado and I picked this company based on rating and price. They were very quick on quotes and getting paid but everything else seemed to go downhill fast. They gave me a quote that said it included everything and they said there would be nothing added on. They immediately added 5% for using a credit card which is against the Credit Cards rules of use. Burried in their web site they mention they will add 3% to all payments except check, but for some reason they even ignored this and charged 5%. I mentioned this to them but they did not respond. I found that when I contact them they tell you they will do something by a certain date and then nothing happens. One needs to contact them multiple times to deal with any issues. When the cars finally arrived they looked like they had been in off road rallies. The driver had driven in snow and had taken a route that wouldn't allow him through bec ause the height of his truck was higher than the bridge height. At 6:30 AM the driver pulled up and dropped off the two cars and after washing the dirt and ice off I discovered one car was damaged. I called Red Carpet Auto Transport and reported the problem. They said that they would help since they still held the payment but it took a month for them to "help" which was furnishing a sheet of paper that listed the trucking company's insurance company and phone number. By the way the trucking company they used was so small that if you call their official number a recording answers and they don't even mention the company. You feel like you are calling some gals apartment. After it took Barbara a month to get me a name and phone number I had asked Sheila the owner to give me a call. I requested this from two people and it has been another two weeks with not so much as an email from Sheila.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!! IF YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF PROBLEM THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
