I used this service after Door-to-Door Transport fell through. My previous transport company was very responsive when they tried to get my order, but once that was finished there was basically no service and they failed to pickup within their time window. Red Carpet was great. It was last minute and they called me about an interested carrier within a day. When my friend could not help with the car and needed to reschedule, they made it happen. Overall, it's not the lowest price, but Red Carpet was very reliable and had great customer service which is what matters most to me.
