Had such a horrible experience. Paid twice what they originally said they could get it shipped for. Bad customer service. I had to contact them to get updates on my car that almost didn't even get shipped. They waited till the last minute and pretty much backed us into a corner to pay whatever rediculous amount the carrier asked for because we had no other options. It was a few days before we needed it picked up and I had another car company call me and tell me that my bid was too low and that no trucker was going to pick it up and that who ever I'm working with needs to raise it if I want it shipped. He gained nothing from calling me to tell me that, I had gotten a quote from him before and he knew I wasn't using his company but he still felt he had to help me out cause my car company wasn't. I had to call red carpet and tell them to up the price from $799 to $1000 a day before I needed it picked up but ended up paying $1425! We're military and know alot of people who have shipped cars and have NEVER had an experience like mine.All his garuntees are crap, we worked with a few different people who didn't know what was going on and he said he is expanding his business so has to hire more people, well that's great but don't tell me you're going to be responsible and then let me car slip thru the crack. They're not here to help, they're here to take your money. Please don't waste your money or time with them.
