FELICIA BOND @ (602) 428-6872, felicia@redcarpetautotransport.com Hello Scott...Thank you for providing feedback on your experience. Yes, transporting can be a triclky industry. And how flexible you are in being available to meet the driver as well as the availability dates at both loading and delivery is what's important when assigning your vehicle to a driver. Sometimes your preferred is just not available with the drivers that drive the route. Making a reservation to transport a vehicle is a little different then the process you would go through when making an airline reservation. Also, the size of your vehicle was difficult to find availability for since it was an over-sized truck with an extended cab. The drivers more most interested in dispatching cars. Also you wanted the vehicle to load in Waukesha,WI which is way up north by the Great Lakes of hwy 43. You had a few variables that were tricky. A carrier probably gets about 3-6 mile a gallon of diesel fuel. I agree that if you had been more flexible then there would have been more drivers available to accommodate the transport. Well in conclusion, thank you for your business. Please take care~
