This is my first time using an Auto Transport Broker. My experience with Red Carpet Auto Transport could not have been better. I had originally signed up with another broker, but had a horrible experience with the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. Working with Tige Yeargin at Red Carpet was outstanding. He explained in detail the process that we would be going through and what I should expect. He was easy to contact and even called me from his house to follow-up with me on the details of my transport needs. Tige is a super guy and I highly recommend him and the team at Red Carpet. In regards to the carrier, it was also excellent. Red Carpet was able to get J&P Auto to transport my 1972 Olds 442. Paul Kidd is the owner/driver and was a super guy who followed up on status of my shipment regularly. The car was picked up a day early and arrived in Arizona a day early. I also highly recommend J&P Auto as an outstanding carrier. Thanks to Tige Yeargin at Red Carpet Auto Transport and Paul Kidd at J&P Auto for making this a stress free move for my car.
