First of all I want to thank Doug Johnson for moving very quickly on our quote. He followed up on it. Our family could not have asked for a better person to have worked on our car transport. This man from the beginning was honest and understanding of the urgency of our case to get our vehicle down to Florida in a timely fashion due to a family crisis. Our brother was severely injured in a home invasion and our sister went down to Florida to make health decisions on his behalf. Because he was unable to do it himself. Doug found a Company right away to bring our car down to our sister. She needed it to drive back and forth, an hour each way to care for our brother. K & A Transport picked it up on Sunday at midnight and had it down to Florida on Thursday at 4:00 PM.. A man from K & A named Mickey C. picked it up and could not have been nicer and understanding. He promised me after a very long day for him, that one way or another he would pick up the car that day and he did. The car was delivered in great condition and even my sister had nothing but great things about how nice Mickey was to her, after dropping the car off. If I need to bring the car back up to Massachusetts in a year or so, I will definitely use Red Carpet again.
