We had attempted, unsuccessfully, to transport our car with another company before contacting Red Carpet. Once Red Carpet became involved, arrangements were made quickly with regular updates along the way. All transaction details were known and maintained throughout, with no surprises or misunderstandings. Red Carpet did what they said with complete integrity. The next time I need to have a car transported, I will contact Red Carpet first.
