Our experience with Red Carpet has been very positive throughout. Upon contacting them for information and a quote Benadette Flavell (602-428-6876) was most informative and friendly. She went through the process with us from start to finish as to what to expect. Upon signing a contract for the transport we were given a customer service contact with James Cousins who was most helpful in terms of information once the car was picked up.

The transit time was 10 days from pick up to delivery and that matched exactly with what we were told to expect.

The overall experience with Red Carpet was most positive. We will use them again if the need arises for other car transport needs.
