I had a car picked up in Santa Ana ,California and delivered to Vancouver, Washington, car was delivered without damage and was a day early.Red Carpet was excellent in communicating with me about how everything works when you have a car transported, also the customer service was outstanding. Becky Billedeaux called me and let me know what was going on every step of the way and also was very friendly and professional. The price of transporting my car was $849.00 which was average for all of the quotes that I recieved. PAE was the dispatch on my car and they also were very good about communicating with me. My car was picked up 2 days after it was listed and was delivered in 3 days instead of 4. Overall I had a great experience with them and would reccomend them to anyone transporting a car across country.
