After receiving quotes from many different carriers and reading reviews on most of them. I decided to go with red carpet because overall they had the best reviews. They were not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for so I was happy going somewhere in the middle on price. Felicia was my point of contact and never left me wondering what was going on or where my vehicle was. I explained to her that I would not be available for delivery and my dad would be excepting my Isuzu for me. I also explained that my dad is not in good health and I would need to know in advance when my vehicle would show up due to doctors appointments and things of that matter. The day of delivery the driver was not going to be able to drop it off until sometime late and Felicia told him that would not be possible due to my dads health. Ultimately the driver ended up staying the night and dropping it off the next morning. This was not the first time I have had to have a vehicle shipped and since I am in the military I am sure it will not be the last. Red Carpet will be the first people I talk to for future shipments.. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed to have a vehicle shipped.
