My vehicle was picked up at the deignated time. It was delivered dirty and the tail gate was damaged. The carrier has contacted me and is going to repair it.

I gave an excellent overall rating for Bernadette Favell was my contact person and was very concerned that I was kept up to date on the progress and was concerned that I was happy with her processing my needs. I give her the highest possible rating. Red Carpet is very fortunate to have her.
