We received top notch customer service from our representative, Felicia. She made contact and explained all aspects of the car transport process very well and was in continuous contact with us throughout the whole delivery. I believe Felicia went above and beyond her role in helping us to resolve an issue with final delivery of the car. Her persistence, calmness and knowledge of the process and players involved kept everything in order and led to a great outcome. I was impressed with her willingness to maintain frequent contact and to keep very detailed notes about all activities taking place from start to finish in the transfer. I would recommend utilizing Red Carpet and particularly Felicia to anyone looking for this type of service.
