We had just been given the run around by a different transportation company and was very leery to use this type of service. After speaking with Felicia Bond at Red Carpet Auto Transport we felt very reassured and began the process to have them pick up our sons car in Kentucky. Felicia walked us through each and every step, reassuring us along the way. She called and let us know the approximate time our car would be picked up, and it was picked up right on schedule. Felicia then called us again, to give us an estimate time of delivery to us in California, which was completed right on schedule. Felicia was very informative and reassuring thru the whole process, which is exactly the type of customer service we needed. We will definitely use Red Carpet Auto Transport for our next move.

And this was the beginning of our relationship :-) Low quotes will get your order placed...but not accepted by the drivers.
