I am currently serving in Afghanistan and had to move my Yamaha R6 motorcycle from WI to AZ. Everything was done via email and was very easy and worry free. My sales contact, Bryan, was available to contact at just about any time and was very fast at responding to questions. I had a family member at both the pick up and drop off locations which was not a problem at all that I wasn't physically there. The driver that picked up my bike had an immaculate rig. A completely enclosed trailer with A/C and heat for a climate controlled transport, everything was very clean, and the driver himself was very polite and just an all around nice guy, which made me happy to let him ship my bike. He said he'd be to AZ on or before 15 Nov, and he arrived in the mid afternoon. All in all it was a very easy and painless experience and I would definitely recommend Red Carpet. The only thing I can suggest that was even the slightest bit negative was that I didn't hear from Red Capet before, during, or after the actual transport when they said they would keep me updated. My points of contact did, however, speak with the driver prior to pick up and delivery with plenty of notice.

Thanks for the review Kevan, I especially enjoy helping out my military customers, because I am thankful for all you guys do. I'm sorry that you felt I didn't keep you updated, during the move, I thought it would be better to keep your contacts here in the states updated.
