Pretty simple: I used Red Carpet Auto transport before and had a positive experience, so I used them again. I'm glad that I did. :-)

The things that brought me back:

1) Agressive, but Realistic Pricing
2) REALLY good communication (The ability to IM with Sheila is a big plus for me)
3) Payment of Deposit after vehicle was picked up

Sheila and Red Carpet did not disappoint this time around either. I even through them a couple of curve balls along the way, but when it came down to it, they found a truck available to pick up our vehicle on the very first day that it was available on my end. What more can you ask for than that?

Sheila worked with me to find a quote on the shipment that was realisitic enough that my vehicle wouldn't be waiting forever (i.e. Not a Lowball Quote); but one that was also reasonable in the respect that I wasn't 'overpaying' for a transport. Their knowledge of the industry was helpful in finding the best price point for this shipment.

Should the need to ship a vehicle again come up, I can't see any reason I would go anywhere besides Red Carpet Transport.
