Scott Young was incredible. I had very little time to get the car pick up and had a small delivery window. Scott not had the car pick up in the small time period we needed it picked up it arrived a day early. He was professional, courteous and very reassuring. I would use Red Carpet again without hesitation.

I find quality customer service is hard to come by. Scott was above and beyond. I hope his superiors recognize this.
