Scott was excellent from the very start. very reliable and honest in everything he promised to do. The whole company gave me easy access to always talk to someone on the phone since I was very nervous shipping my minor`s car for the first time. I even reached Scott via text messaging since I was so anxious!! Samantha and Kelly were always pleasant in answering the phone, helping and giving pertinenet information. The car was picked up on time and even early to say the least and was delivered promptly. I only want to add that the truck driver who handled the car itself was ok but promised to return my extra set of car keys after the delivery of the car and did not. It took the help of everyone from Red Carpet to work with me to get my keys returned. Again, this was no fault of Red Carpet...but I thank them so much for completely going out of their way for getting my second set of keys returned!! Without Red Carpet I would have never received my keys!!! They were awesome. If the truck driver from HEI comes to transport your car please think twice....John was his name and his wife Amy were extremely rude in returning my keys. It took them a month. They were rude to me via phone and Amy called me names...How professional..right.
Again kudos to Red Carpet Company. I am using them again and again.
