Julie at Red Carpet was very professional, with a timely response. She was willing to communicate via phone and email, providing me with proactive daily updates to status of securing a hauler for my SUV. Given the location of pickup and delivery, she had to work extra hard to find a carrier. Julie was willing to give me feedback on the pricing and help me to position the "bid" at a price that was attractive to the carriers, yet still cost efficient for me.

Julie worked with me on price and provided flexibility to complete the transaction. She was very proactive with all communication. I would use Julie and her service again and highly recommendi it to anyone looking for a knowledgable, honest and high integrity broker.

Ultimately, the only reason i did not use Red Carpet was because of a fluke that a local auto dealer was willing to purchase my old car and secure the the shipping for my new car, which had not been communicated to me prior to staring to work wtih Julie and Red Carpet.
