I struggled with 2 other brokers for 2 months of stress and lies.
Red Carpet did exactly what I hoped, they just gave me the updates honestly, good or bad. This was priceless for me. They told me it would be a little tough to find a carrier to my destination, that it might take a week or two, but came through. My delivery actually showed up a few days early. Thanks to Anne for being honest , and not promising things she couldn't deliver. She did a good job of helping me price my order too, explaining how it works and letting me decide to increase my quote . I will only deal with Red Carpet from now on.
