Used Grant. He was great, very prompt and attentive. However, car was late picking up. Was told it would be there Friday and they came on a Saturday. Which really inconvenienced my plans and I was not told about this until I called Red Carpet on Friday making sure it was picked up when it in fact wasn't. Also would like more complete information on the carrier versus the broker. Carrier wanted to be paid in cash upon delivery which is a large sum (assumed this was going on the credit card)...seemed sketchy, not sure how that always happens.
