An excellent auto transport experience!

I contracted with Red Carpet Auto Transport to ship a surprise Porsche for my husband from Minnesota to Tennesse. My contact person was Dennis Carter. I first spoke with Dennis on Thursday, 7/12/12 and felt that he was very thorough in his explanation of how this whole process works (first time shipping a vehicle for me). He also seemed truly concerned about my satisfaction and assured me that he would be there to answer any questions along the way up until delivery.

The very next day, he called me back to say he had a driver lined up! The first available pickup date for the car was Tuesday 7/17/12, and Dennis called me that afternoon, as did the driver (Terry Ward of Terry's Hotshot Service) to let me know that the vehicle was on its way to me. As I type this, it is Wednesday7/18/12 and the car was delivered this afternoon. It arrived in great shape with no problems whatsoever, just some bug guts here and there, which is to be expected.

I am 100% happy with and thankful for Red Carpet, Dennis, and Terry and his Hotshot Service. Delivery in just around 24 hours, for a car that had to come over 800 miles? I don't see how that can be beat!

Now, to surprise the hubby with a new car! ;)
