Shawn was very nice and helpful as I tried to decide the logistics of the big move. I had a little bit of a tight window to work with since I was taking 6 days to drive a moving truck out here - so it couldn't get picked up late or dropped off early. He worked with me and found a carrier that stuck the schedule. Made the move a lot easier.
