The only problem I had was the driver picking up our car was very late arriving to pick up (11 p.m.)
but in his defense the weather was very bad in the area he was in and this delayed him He was very polite an apologetic for the delay. We had put items in the trunk, knowing that they were not insured and everything arrived in tact. The nicest part was the young man we booked the trip with was very attentive and kept in touch with us through the whole ordeal. Even after the car had been picked up he called to make sure that it all went well. We were very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again.
