DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM!!!
I am so sorry I went with these guys, I would not recommend them on any level!
First, I had to jump through hoops to get my car moved and picked up elsewhere when the pick up date was changed. Okay, I can live with that even though its the last thing I needed at that time...
Then that driver broke down and the car was not going to picked up for almost another week.... June 26 vs June 21 which with the car now left at my friends house and I am in NJ she was not going to be in town either. I called Julie and said, hey, we got a problem... she then arranged for the car to be picked up at the very last minute (read they called and said they were on their way and my friend had to leave work to accomodate the driver) and did not let me know. The driver was a piece of work, could not find my friends house for anything, kept calling her and not listening to her, then rolled up the very wide street and proceeded to knock side mirrors off the neighbors cars parked outside my friends home. A neighbor woman in a wheelchair came out to claim one of her cars as damaged, this guy refused to give her any insurance info, but instead offered her cash to "go away". I had to go get the insurance info from Julie. Seriously?
Now the car is picked up two days early, but it still is arriving late.
I never got a revised quote for the new driver, I still don't know what I am paying and while Julie was apologetic throughout the whole process she did nothing more than say she was sorry. Accountability and responsibility from Red Carpet? Uh, no. I did not pay the lowest price and I was not unreasonable in my requests, worked with them best I could, however, these folks are an absolute joke. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM!

Dear Laura, We had a carrier for your transport and yes he did break down in another state. He was scheduled to pickup June 21st and notified us on June 19th that from what the mechanic was telling him he would be there around June 26th for pickup. I asked you if you wanted to wait for him or have us find you another carrier. You wanted another carrier so we found one Immediately and he was going to come and pick up the car that day June 19th. I called your pickup contact and she was fine with that. If she had ANY problem with that I would have looked for another carrier. These drivers drive an insane amount of hours and as we cannot predict our vehicles breaking down they cannot either. The street was narrow at pickup and there was damage to a mirror of one of her neighbors and the carrier has taken care of that with her so that is all OK. Breakdowns and accidents do happen. 95% or more of your review is the carrier and not on my services. Your review should have been on the carrier not our company. The carrier fee never changed. The driver was going to deliver cross country to you on June 27th which was 2 days before the original delivery date of the first carrier and he spoke to you several times on the 26th and 27th but then it turned out he would be there until the evening of the 27th and no one would be there for delivery so at your request he delivered the morning of the 28th and vehicle was not damaged in anyway. There needs to be a little flexibility with the drivers as they drive so much and when they are picking up cars and dropping them off along the way they have no control again over truck trouble, customers not available when they make it to their city or what have you. They do the best that they can to be on schedule but one person can through them of hours or even days. I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to you. Sincerely, Julie
