Bernadette was efficient, friendly, knowlegable, and honest about costs. I recommend her! The car came back a bit dirty, but that's to be exptected. Nothing was damaged. The only problem is that my aunt, who was to receive the car, waited around for awhile and the driver didn't show up until the following day. He called her late on the scheduled delivery date. I was irritated about that.
