Ask for Ann Mathis when you call this company. She saved our situation. Contract was picked up by a driver on the first day, but when time came to pick up the car, the driver basically bailed on it and was going to charge me a $75 fee! Ann quickly found a new driver to get my car, and prevented me from getting a fee.
The new driver was very nice and professional. Would use Ann again.
