I came to Bernadette w Red Carpet, after another company, WeWillTransportIt, squandered 3 weeks of locating a trucker, rarely returned emails or phone calls, passed me around to 5 people and was dishonest about delivery date once my car was loaded. I got excuses, apologies, and lame explanations by sales and dispatch people that became empty promises. My worst nightmare of what we hear of the transport industry came true. Within 24 hours of my contacting Bernadette, and her constant communication by phone and email that very first day, Bernadette found me a trucker who picked up the next day and delivered the car 3 days before the first company. The car was delivered by Igor and his partner in great condition, with whom I was in contact as he traveled across country. The difference between dealing with the first company and Bernadette @ Red Carpet was so dramatically different, that I am still in awe of how easy the process could have been, with much less angst if I had just gone to Red Carpet first. The price was slightly higher than the quote from the first company by $125, but I came to Bernadette on extremely short notice, and the difference was worth every penny. Had I started with her 3 weeks before, the price would have been comparable.

As someone who shipped a car for the first time, I cannot stress enough how absolutely delightful my experience was with Bernadette @ Red Carpet. I would go back to her and this company in a second, and would be thrilled to recommend this duo to everyone. If I could give Red Carpet a 6 Start Rating, I would!!!
