I gave the company an availability date and was not in a hurry so I just waited for them to contact me with my pickup day. When they hadn't gotten back to me I contacted Jerry and he was extremely efficent in getting them to pick up my car as soon as possible after I contacted him with my concerns. They worked with any worries I had and Jerry kept up with me throughout the whole process. After my car was picked up it was delievered promptly, was unharmed by the travel, and it was a very smooth process. I have since even referred family to Jerry to have their car transported. I would definatley recommend them, but also would speicifically recommend Jerry as he was extremely helpful and worked very hard to ensure I was happy.
