CONTACT PERSON PROMISED TO BE WITH THE CAR ALL THE WAY VIA CELL PHONE WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN DESPITE THE FACT I QUESTIONED HER BOUT THE EASTER WEKEND ND SHE ASSURRED ME THAT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. AS IT TURNED OUT WE HAD TO BOTHER FRIENDS WHO DROVE US DOWN TO MILTON, WASHINGTON WHERE WE MET THE DRIVER AND PAID HIM THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERY RIGHT TO BLAINE. DRIVER DID NOT APEAR TO UNDERSTAND THE CONFUSION SO TOOK THE FULL MOUNT OF $799.00. THAT WAS HOME FOR HIM SO HE WAS STAYING IN MILTON FOR THE WEEKEND AND THEN DIVING TO BLAINE ON THE TUESDAY FOLLOWING THE LONG WEEKEND. CONTACT PERSON WITH RED CARPET DID NOT APPEAR TO CARE ABOUT THIS CONFUSION OR MISTAKE. MEANWHILE WE WERE OUT ADDITIONAL EXPENSS TO DRIVE FROM BLAINE WASHINGTON AND 8 HOURS OF DRIVING IN FRIEND'S CAR AND MEALS. TIME IS WORTH MONEY BESIDES THE $200.00 IN GAS AND MEALS OR 4 PEOPLE. NOT EVEN A RESPONSE TO OUR COMPLAINT.

"Mr. Macintosh, Although your order had a lot of restrictions, we were happy to accommodate all of them and Im sorry that you feel that you received less than great service. There were over 50 correspondence emails between you and Red Carpet within a 2 week period. You needed your car picked up around Easter weekend, which it was. You needed it delivered to the Washington on a specific day, which it was. You did not have a cell phone, only a land line in AZ and in Canada, which made communication a little more difficult. But, the representative that handled your order went above and beyond the call of duty and went so far as to take your information home, to assure that communication continued between you, Red Carpet and the driver. The day the car was delivered (Saturday), the driver was called early that morning to verify that he would be in contact with you to meet you in Blaine. From that point the driver did contact you directly and you then agreed to go meet him in Seattle, instead of Blaine per our contract. Im not sure why you took it upon yourself to rent a limo from the border to meet the driver in Seattle, but do not believe that expense, or your meals, is an expense that Red Carpet is responsible for. Respectfully, Kevin Crippa"
