To me, Ms. Flavell is Red Carpet Auto Transport. Everytime I called, she answered, was professional, and at the same time made me feel that she was taking a personal interest in providing the best service possible.

Only once did someone else answer and Bernadette was immediately on the phone. No answering machine but personal attention. From the first call she recognized my voice, knew exactly what I needed and took the weight off my shoulders. I had thought about renting a trailer and towing the Corvette behind me. After driving the 2300 miles, I am so thankful I didn't.

Before I retired, I ran a nationwide computer help desk and computer training center and demanded professional and courteous customer support. Had I known her, I would have hired her to replace me. What I expected and demanded from my staff seems to come natural to her.

The driver was excellent also but Ms. Flavell represents Red Carpet Auto Transport to me. Ten stars on a scale of one to five. Feel free to give my number for a reference.
