Red Carpet Transport conducted themselves very professionally. My car was picked up on time and delivered days early. When I ran into issues of payment since I was not there, Red Carpet always answered their phones and responded to emails promptly. I even called after general hours and got connected quickly with the manager

My contact, Bernadette, was personable and knowledgable about what was going on.

I contacted them 2 weeks in advance, they gave me a 5 day span over which the vehicle would be picked up, and required 1/4 of the total fee up front. The rest was paid upon delivery of the car in Columbus, OH.

I would use Red Carpet again.
