I just moved across country from MA to TX. To make my life easier, I decided to ship my car. My car is brand new- no scratches or dents. I'm the type of person who is paranoid about my car and not very trusting- I park in corner parking spots! Cheryl was really understanding and worked with me to make sure that my car arrived safely. I looked at a ton of reviews and interviewed several other agencies, but went with Red Carpet because I felt like I could trust Cheryl- and she didn't let me down.

Brothers Transport located in Springfield, MA was the one who transported my car. Cheryl made sure that they arrived at the promised time and worked with me to make sure my car was delivered safely, on time, and intact. It was- but I would definitely NOT use Brothers Transport. They were not worth the aggravation.

Upon delivery, the driver asked if he could drop off the car on Friday night instead of Saturday. The driver indicated that he could not drop the car off on Saturday because he had to drive to San Antonio at 4am in the morning. My mother was the recipient of the car (I was not down in Houston yet) and got off at work early to make sure she could be there for delivery. That was fine, until he called late on Friday and changed his mind.

The driver made arrangements for early Saturday morning at 8am. We provided an address, but after a while, he claimed he was lost around 7am. He would not listen to me or my mother (on separate phone calls) to re-direct him. He would only give us indications that he was near a Starbucks and grocery store (where in Houston, there is one on every block) demanding that my mother go out and find him. She refused- she had no idea where he was. After a while, he got fed up and told her that he was taking the car to San Antonio. I myself was in a panic; I could not physically be there and it was a situation out of my control. I called and left a message with Cheryl. Meanwhile the driver called me one last time, where I found him on google maps and gave him blow by blow directions to my mother's house for 45 minutes. He wasn't even in Houston.... he was in Baytown.

My car was absolutely fine, but Brother's Transports made the entire situation very stressful. Cheryl did call back and she also went after them, so I was very glad to have her on my side and there if anything HAD happened. If transporting from MA, I would definitely not use Brothers Transport, but I loved working with Cheryl and she was very valuable.

Cheryl@RedCarpetAutoTransport.com 602-438-4644 Dear Lindsay. I cannot be more honored by your words if I tried. I know that I did the very best for you and I am glad that I could help to the best of my ability. I cannot be more unhappy for the experience you had with the carrier and I did my best to follow through with that. But to know that you felt that my service to you outweighed the situation with the carrier honors me more than I can say. Lindsay I wish you the very best and enjoy that warm Texas sunshine! Thank You my friend! Cheryl
