When I first inquired about auto shipping my friend's car to a relative in Kentucky, Cheryl Phiffer e-mailed and phoned me. She spent quite alot of time explaining the ins and outs of auto transport. Although I got quotes higher and lower, I stuck with Cheryl because she was so accommodating and helped me with every detail. She was also able to match other quotes. Though I had never transported a car before, I would completely recommend this company without reservation. The car was picked up by a delightful man, we walked around the car for any visible problems, found none and I was confident there would be no problem from Arizona to Kentucky! When the driver got to Kentucky,he discovered I had given him the wrong contact number and Red Carpet was immediately on the phone to me to correct MY mistake and get the car delivered. Good job all the way around!ks
