Red Carpet was great to work with from my first call to Sheila. Sheila was ready to provide all the information that I needed to know about her company and about transporting a car out to my son. She included information that was not provided by other companies, such as what we should ask/know about the driver and his company, how to review the trucking company ratings, how the dispatch process works and how the cost of transport is figured. I liked not paying a deposit until my car was actually picked up. Sheila's information was accurate and I felt, honest I spoke with several companies before I placed my order with Red Carpet and although I found others with comparable reasonable quotes, I was most comfortable with the Red Carpet.

The driver that my car was dispatched to, Gary with Thunderstruck Transport, was also great to work with. He answered his phone every time I called, which was often. My car was picked up a day later than expected because of a malfunction of the trucks transmission. No fault of the driver, he did his best to stay on time. He delivered the car to my son without incident.

I would definitely us both Red Carpet and Gary again if I have another car to transport. I would only ask both Red Carpet and Thunderstruck dispatch to check with the driver to confirm the pickup schedule before providing the client with pickup/delivery information. To the client, be as flexible as possible, these guys are doing their best to provide you with reliable and affordable service.
