My husband purchased a car for our son who is stationed at Fort Bliss, U.S. Army. We considered driving the car out and flying back to California during one of the upcoming long weekends. We would have had gas, food and hotel costs on our way to Texas to add to the cost of airline tickets. I had no experience hiring a transport company, but thought it was worth a few phone calls to get quote and make a comparison. It became clear pretty quickly that the cost to contract with a transportation service company was about the same if not cheaper than the cost to drive the the car to him ourselves and, in the end it, was hassle-free.

I contacted six transport companies. Red Carpet was very responsive to my request. Tamara's quote was quite competitive. Having no experience with the process, I had lots of questions and some challenges as my son is literally stationed on an army base. Tamara was patient and helpful. She carefully guided me through the process. She provided an accurate estimate for delivery which was key since I had to get a cashier's check to my son before the car arrived. I truly appreciate her personal service. Our son had his car in good condition only one week after I had my first conversation with Tamara Saunders.
