First off, I am not...NOT being compensated for this review. As good citizens, we must praise (and diss) companies that do not live up to acceptable standards. With that said...I'm very pleased with Red Carpet and their sales manager, Tamara. They transported a car for me in Kentucky for delivery to Los Angeles. Pick up occurred 4 days after giving the go ahead and car arrived a day before scheduled. All of this arranged the week before the "I don't want to work" during the Christmas season. Tamara was proactive (what a concept...I didn't have to call her for a status report. Tamara called me!) in getting the job done.. I have since recommended her to a person in Oklahoma who has bought a car from me AND just gave her another pick-up order for me (Cincinnati to Los Angeles). Recently retired, I'm hitting up my bucket list of cars I'd like to own. While I will perform my due diligence in obtaining three bids for auto transport, if Tamara isn't the preferred bidder, I will allow her to meet an agreeable and reasonable price. For the services I have received, they have earned that professional courtesy.
