Alice was very kind and informative. The price I was quoted had to be increased since it was difficult to find a carrier that would accept my offer but it was still lower than other quotes I received. Alice answered all my questions and did a great job keeping me informed and I appreciated this since it was the first time I had shipped my car across the country. The carrier picked up my car friday night and had it to me Wednesday afternoon, much earlier than I anticipated.
