This was the first time I have ever had a car transported and was overall pleased. Alice was prompt to return calls and followed up as it related to the status of my car. Only thing that would have been nicer (and it may be stated in an email and I missed it), but I thought everything was paid via my credit card given to red carpet. I did not have a cashiers check at the time of delivery. The driver was willing to work with me and I appreciated it.

I am sorry if you missed during our conversations and written in our terms and agreement item #3 "Carriers transporting the vehicle(s) will only accept Cash or Postal Money Order for balance due upon delivery of your vehicle(s).
