I purchased a vehicle form EBAY and already was dealing with fear and doubts about transporting it from Ohio to New Mexico. The nationally recognized company attached to the EBAY site was my first contact. After receiving a quote on line for $750.00 I then telephone them to confirm and now it was going to cost about $1350.00 with insurance to ship. I then requested quotes from other companies and received emails from several auto transport companies with a wide range of pricing. Red Carpet and especially Cherie was the only one that answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Other companies were forceful, sometimes insulting to my intelligence, and demanding a quick "close". Cherie was the only person who did not guarantee anything unreasonable, didn't give a high price first and then drop it if I agreed to do business "today". Other companies negotiated every aspect of shipping, placement on the truck, different types of insurance, etc. Red Carpet's price of $874.00 included everything with no add ons. She explained the process and told me the range of times for pick up and delivery and didn't speak badly of other transport companies. My vehicle was scheduled for pick up the same day I received my quote and delivered on time (on a Sunday) by Gary. Gary the driver gave me his cell phone number and encouraged me to stay in touch with him during the transport. He too was professional and informative and delivered my vehicle with no surprises or stress for the amount agreed upon from the onset. I feel as if I now have friends in the business and encourage anyone to contact Cherie to schedule your auto transport.
