This is the first time I have shipped a vehicle. Shawn Witt walked me through the whole procedure. Even after the explanations, I was still apprehensive. I called back a few days later and Shawn answered all my questions again professionally and clearly. After talking to him, I felt much more comfortable and left everything to him. I would certainly use Shawn again when I book my return trip home. All in all, it was painless for me.
