The pickup did not happen when they said it would. Next I get a notice that if I kick in more dollars they may be able to get the vehicle picked up faster. I held out and the vehicle was finally picked up. When it arrived the driver informs me the cost is more than advertised and I had to pay if I wanted my vehicle. What can you do? I would stay away from this company unless you have more money than you know what to do with. Also, the $30.00 I am getting back for doing this review is a REBATE and not payment for doing the review so I am instructed to NOT check the box asking if I expect to be compensated- LOL. I doubt I will see the rebate anyway but that fits the pattern for this company. STAY AWAY or PAY FOR IT!

George, going from New York to Las Cruces (border town) is a very difficult route. The reason the driver asked for more money at delivery is because we took $105 off our broker fee, because the driver wanted that amount of money to complete the transport. Anytime you are dealing with a pickup or delivery at a border town, it is going to be extremely difficult to locate a driver for that particular route. Unfortunately it took longer than expected and we both ended up losing on the deal. Anyone in this industry will tell you that all pickup dates or delivery dates are estimates and some routes are harder to quote than others. Due to the fact it took longer than we were shooting for, we discounted our fees by $105. Best of luck to you in the future. Tony Quinn
