Reading the reviews online about different people's experience with shipping their cars i was really worried especially being a first timer. I was looking for something cheap at first and obviously i googled and definately found some thing cheap,after calling alot of autoshipping/transportation companies, just before sealing the deal, another company called me giving me their quote, i told them of the cheap deal, he then advice i check transportreview.com before making my decision. I was grateful for that, and there is were i found redcarpet. I cant recall how many quotes i got and how many people i spoke to, but when i spoke to Ms Alice, she was really professional,polite, answered every question i had and repeated herself if the need required. She was really patient, I was confident she would do anything within her capabilities to make sure the service was provided and delivered.She is accessible and i found her reliable as well. Though there were weather troubles(hurricane/ storms) its was delivered. I highly recomend her any time.
