I impressed as to how responsive and professional my contact at RC, Denies Flores was. She answered all of my questions, referred me to a review site where I could see for myself other companies that ship cars. There was also a problem with my car being picked up late because of a situation out of her control. I was very frustrated and upset because I thought my car would not reach me in time. Denise helped me figure out a solution that worked and my car ultimately only came 1.5 days late. She also helped negotiate for me a rate that was affordable. Thanks Denise!
