Needed to get the car to my son in Sherman Oaks. Have never shipped a car before so had no idea what to expect. Jeremiah spent considerable time explaining the process to me and he was spot on. That doesn't mean there weren't problems. The communications with the carrier were atrocious. They were supposed to call me Tues. Jeremiah was on top of the situation and they finally called me Tues. night. They said they would give me two hours lead time so I could leave work, they gave me 20 minutes. However they were courteous and professional in everything but communication. Jeremiah kept me up on what was going on and I was able to call him day or night. Drop off was the same problem, called my son and said dropping off, Finally did 14 hours later at 11PM. However again, Jeremiah kept calling the carrier and kept me in the loop. Upon arrival again they were courteous and professional. Picked up on the day told and dropped off one day early(or one night early). Car arrived with no damage but extremely dirty. I expected that since it was an open carrier.
It's easy to be good when there are no problems. Here there were problems and Jeremiah worked hard to correct them and minimize them. Thanks Jeremiah
