I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HONEST AND CARING COMPANY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! This being my first auto transport experience I was a little nervous about how things would go. One broker contacted me immediately to explain how the process works and tried to dissuade me from listening to any other broker. His explainations were absolutely correct, but his price was a little high. After talking to the folks at RECON I decided to go with them. I felt they were honest and the price was significantly lower than the first broker had quoted me. I was reassured that if they couldn't deliver the car for the quoted cost, they would pick up the remainder of the tab. The car was to arrive the day after Thanksgiving, but wasn't there so I called Jeremiah and it was clear that he was VERY concerned about my satisfaction. I feel like he went above and well beyond what was required of him to satisfy my expectations. Turns out the car was delayed due to some very severe weather along the way - absolutely understandable that there would be a delay. The car was delivered in great condition at the cost quoted - no surprises, no pain. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HONEST AND CARING COMPANY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!
