First time using a transport company. I wasn't sure who to use, so I looked up info on the internet and found a list of seven. After reading some testimonials, I decided to call Recon Transport. I liked the fact that there was a persons name on the testimonials who I could deal with through-out my car's trip. That name was Jeremiah. I called Thursday afternoon. He called back within a half hour. After agreeing on the price ($925.00) he said he would get busy making arrangements and that it could take up 4 to 7 days to pick up my car but sometimes it can be alot faster. Jerimiah called back in less than an hour to say he could have the car picked up the next day (Friday) around noon and have it in Ohio (from California) by Thursday of the next week. My friends in California called me to say the car was loaded on to the transport on time. Jeremiah called me and gave me the driver's phone number so that I could call both him (Jeremiah) and the driver (Loui). Loui called me on Sunday afternoon and told me he could deliver my car the next day (Monday!!!). Loui has another driver with him, so they were able to get here early. I got my car at 2pm on Monday. That was great because I had a rental car. Loui had 6 other vehicles on the trailer besides mine. Obviously, I am very happy with the entire experience and would recommend Recon Transport to anyone.
