When I was contacted that my vehicle was in the Phoenix impound I was at a loss as to what to do. A co-worker advised trying a transport company to get it back to Dallas, Texas. I found Auto Transport Companies on line, filled out a request and received quite a few quotes. I chose to go with Recon. Jeremiah spent the time to explain to me the job of a broker and how the auto transport business works. He located a driver and I thought all my worries were over. This was not the case - working with the Impound was the most difficult part of this whole experience, but with Jeremiah's and Kevin's patience we extracted the Nissan from their yard and I now have it parked in my driveway. I would definitely use Recon again and appreciate Jeremiah putting up with my many, many emails. He went the extra mile to help a naive woman through a difficult situation!
