I placed this order on Dec 30 and was patient to wait until the new year. They never called to confirm anything, but took my money. I called on Jan 5th, 6th and 7th and got the same answer from whomever answered the call, "well put a high priority on this and let you know at the end of the day what's going on, but we don't have a driver scheduled." - This never happened.
Now I'll have to wait 48 hours to get my money back, without a refund fees from PayPal I am sure.
I will research other carriers from now on.
