I purchased a car on eBay and arranged transportation with eBay's "preferred provider", Dependable Auto Transport, and then waited 15 days after placing a reservation and 11 days after the available pickup date and was still unable to get an answer as to when they would even have a driver to pickup the car. This after several promises of earlier pickup dates and hours on the phone trying to get answers.

I decided to do a little research on the net and came across this site and also found Rapture's site and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Kurt on a Friday and explained the situation and asked when he could get the car to me. He informed me that he could guarantee delivery by the following Friday. He also offered a lower cost alternative if I was willing to wait a little longer. Being that it was near 3 weeks since I had won the auction I was anxious to get the car and made arrangements to have Rapture pick it up.

The car was picked up the following Monday, on schedule, and the driver Dave was very courteous with regard to staying in contact with both me and the seller at the origination point.

Dave kept in touch through the week and kept me up to date. Four days later, on Friday as promised, my car finally arrived. Not only did it arrive, but it arrived in the same condition it was in when it was picked up at the origin.

The price was a little steep, but for such excellent service, with such short notice, I would do the same thing again without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
