This is the second persistent negative review this customer has posted. First one has since been removed. As it is relevant from his comment, he is either maliciously intent on damaging our impeccable reputation, or honestly confused. The fact that he refers to us as a merchant, and thieves is a hint to the latter. He was well aware that we are a broker, just like every other brokerage that provided him a quote to transport his vehicle, so much so aware that he requested license numbers and insurance paperwork of the carrier, to which we happily and swiftly provided. We have email after email proving this, and would be glad to provide to any customer wondering if this is a legitimate complaint. Saying that we stole $150 from him after his vehicle arrived on time and without damage is like saying that your realty broker stole his fee because he didn't own the house himself to sell. As we've stated before, regardless of irrationality, we strive for customer satisfaction, and Ab is welcome to a $150 credit for himself or any friend or family should he choose to.
